How do I download my content I ordered?

After completing your purchase/order, you will receive an email with a download link. Please check your spam if not received. It is sent immediately.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

Are your digital products compatible with both Windows and Mac?

Yes our digital products are downloaded to a PDF format.

Can I access my download later if I lose the file?

If you misplace your digital product you can email the customer service team.

Can I print my digital downloads?

Yes, you can print any digital product that are PDF. For the best results, use high-quality paper and printer settings.

Can I share my digital product with others?

Purchased products are for individual use only. Please do not share, distribute, or resell them unless a commercial license is provided.

PROGRAMS + WORKSHOPS

Do you have payment plans for your programs?

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations even after you've opened or used it. Depending on the product and the condition it's in, we may be able to offer a return or exchange. Please email us for more info.

Can I cancel my enrolment if circumstances change?

Refer to our terms of service for the full details of the cancellation policy. A full refund is applicable for cancellations in writing greater than 10 working days before the course commencement date.

What time commitment is required for The Empowerment Project?

The program is conducted across 6 weeks with 1 x 1-1.5 hr virtually attended workshops. Additionally there is homework required which varies from week to week. It is recommended that to move the business forward you are spending 4 hours working on the business per week which includes any workshops and homework.

Can I attend the programs or workshops via my phone?

It is recommended that you are at your computer with stable internet connection as there will be a bucket load of information shared on the screen as well as links to resources in the chat. We want your learning experience to be a good one.

Where you we located?

We are based in the suburb of Rozelle in Sydney, NSW, Australia. All session times are hosted in AEST so please check the time zone difference prior to registering.

What platform will the virtual programs and workshops be hosted on?

Zoom. We recommend if you haven't used zoom that your download the desktop application prior to your session to avoid technical delays on the day.

Who will be hosting the program or workshop?

Kristy Chilman. She is a strategic marketer that has two decades of marketing experience – 15 of those leading strategy and marketing divisions both in house and for the past 7 years, as the CEO and Owner of The Brand Architect the parent company of The Marketing Playground. Kristy has worked with brands in Australia and globally across Europe, the UK, and the Middle East. She is known for heling eCommerce brands scale. Taking many start ups to 8 figure businesses.
